Delete your account

SwipeLog users can permanently delete their account and associated app data.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open SwipeLog and sign in.
  2. Open Profile and tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to Reset options and choose Delete account.
  4. Enter your password and confirm deletion.

This removes the Firebase Authentication account and SwipeLog profile, movie history, ratings, notes, lists, preferences, friendships, shared-list contributions, owned shared lists, and local app data.

Cannot access the app?

Email the address connected to your SwipeLog account. Use the subject “SwipeLog account deletion request”. Support may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

Request deletion

What may remain temporarily

Provider backups and limited security records may expire on their standard schedules or be retained where legally required. They are not used to restore an account after a completed deletion.
